The US, France and Spain joined the list of countries that established harsh controls on the flow of people with the target of “managing” the rate at which Coronavirus spreads. The plan is for the health system not to collapse and social contact is being reduced to achieve that goal, but the quarantine will be toxic for the service sector, in addition to the already-affected tourism and energy sectors.
