Financial conditions in stress zone

External and local financial conditions deteriorated again in November. This was the fourth month in a row and they have accumulated a significant fall so far this year. They are currently in stress zone. This means that any possible recovery of economic activity in the next few months is unlikely to hold over time. Experience shows that, in order for that to occur, it is essential for financial conditions to improve and definitely exit the stress zone.
