Finally, the government implemented the sui generis decoupling by putting the price of the dollar at 200 pesos for soybean exports. The idea is to reach 5 billion dollars from the sale of oilseed products. This is equivalent to about 9 million tons of liquidation. In the first 4 days after the measure's implementation, 4.3 million tons were liquidated. In the past, when looking for dollars, stocks were thought of (for example, nationalization of AFJPs or forcing insurers to bring funds from abroad). Now the dollars are in silo bags, and the way to get them is by offering a higher dollar at least for a delimited time.
